Procedural memory-the memory of how to do certain things-plays a big role in our sessions. Through consistent practice, the body begins to “remember” specific skills without consciously thinking about them.
We teach and hone skills to be used at every position and level. As a result, the breadth of skills taught increases versatility, freedom, and confidence.
